Here are mine:
The Last Crusade, by Dr. Warren Carroll. Although a bit too supportive of Franco, probably the best history of the Spanish Civil War in English.
The Christendom series, by Dr. Warren Carroll. In my opinion, the definitive history of the Christian West.
Guns, Germs and Steel, by Jared Diamond. An explanation of why it was Europe whi took over the world, and not Africa, Asia or the Americas. A very interesting read.
A Heart for Europe,by James and Joanna Bogle. Amazing biography of Blessed Karl and Empress Zita.
The State of Africa, by Martin Meredith. The complete history of Africa from independence into the 21st century.
The Civil War: A Narrative, by Shelby Foote. A masterfully written history of the War between the States.

Besides the books on the list above:
The Everlasting Man by G.K. Chesterton for an overview of history before and after the Incarnation
The Holy Roman Empire by James Bryce for the history of the Holy Empire (though Bryce is to dismissive of the Hapsburg Emperors)
Europe and the Faith by Hiliare Belloc for an overview of early Medieval history (Belloc's fundamental flaw in this book is his lack of understanding of the Holy Roman Empire)
World War I, The German Scene, and The American Scene from The Menace of the Herd by Erik von Keuhnelt-Leddihn.
P.S. Guns, Germs and Steel, The State of Africa, and The Civil War: A Narrative are hereby added to my to-read list

Books by Warren H. Carroll, and his wife Anne.
A Heart For Europe, by James and Joanna Bogle.
I would also recommend Swords around the Cross, by Timothy O'Donnell.
