Do you guys agree with me that Spain, Portugal and their colonies rightfully belong to the Habsburgs?

I would honestly prefer they be given to the descendants of Don Xavier, Prince of Parma. Maybe one of Prince Sixtus Henry's sons.

If he has sons, I can't seem to find much info, but I can only assume that he does.

Do you guys agree with me that Spain, Portugal and their colonies rightfully belong to the Habsburgs? No, and here's why: Otto Von Habsburg became Austrian Emperor and King of the Romans upon the death of his father. Otto was offered the Spanish Throne, but he declined and instead suggested Juan Carlos. Now the Holy Roman Emperor had the authority to create legitimate kingdoms or settle disputes about legitimacy. Otto was the successor to the Emperors and that in my opinion gives the current King of Spain (Felipe VI) legitimacy. That not to say that Karl as the successor of his father couldn't in the future declare one of the many Carlist claimants to be the rightful King.
Re the Carlists: I'm not sure how reliable this article is, but it (www.theguardian.com/world/2010/sep/27/prince-carlos-hugo-obituary) claims that Carlos Hugo, son of Don Xavier, was a bit of a Socialist, so maybe it's for the best that the throne did not go to him (or then again, the info could be false).

Oh yeah, Hugo was a full blown Yugo Commie. That's why I said Prince Sixtus Henry, not Carlos Hugo.

The reason why I think the Habsburgs should rule Spain and Portugal is:
1.The Habsburgs ruled them for over 150 years.
2. Karl VI was the rightful King of both Spain and Portugal.
3.The Bourbons and the Braganzas ran Spain and Portugal into the ground, they suppressed the Jesuits, treated the natives badly, and lost the colonies.
I'm not saying that there aren't any good Spanish Bourbons or Braganzas, like Emperor Luiz, or the Carlists, I'm just saying that the Habsburgs would be the best choice to rule.
